Finally after almost 25 years of international travel and an aborted attempt due to covid in 2020 I’m going to visit Japan. The country more people I know have been too than any other and the one most people are surprised I’ve never been to. For a while I wasn’t too keen on Japanese cuisine, but thats because the only Japanese cuisine I knew about was sushi. My eyes have been opened though and the food is one thing I’m looking forward to a lot. That and the quirkyness of Japan that i absolutely love.
