A return to Southern Africa after almost 20 years. This trip was so long ago it was before I started travel blogging and with a company (Kumuka) that now no longer exists! It was an overland tour with lots of camping, but times have changed and I’m older so this trip will be lodges, hotels and maybe one of those glamping tents with beds and bathroom inside. The plans for this trip include a visit to the Sani Pass up to the Lesotho border and then a few days wildlife watching north of Durban with a visit to St Lucia. finally the south African leg ends in Cape Town where i’ll rendezvous with my friend Claire and we’ll explore the sights of Cape town for 5 days. Finally we will go on a 2 week self drive trip around Namibia including highlights of Sossusvlei and Etosha NP.
