So just a wrap up of my trip.
The train from Berlin to Frankfurt was a german ICE. They only do a max speed of 220km/h though, but when they pass each other its impressive. Still I’m glad i had a seat reservation. Why people book trains in europe and pay say 100 euros, but then don’t pay the 3 or 4 euros to reserve a seat is beyond me. This train was packed, with many sitting at the ends of the carriage. Anyway so 4 gours on a train, another 4 at frankfurt airport waiting for a plane and then another 20+ returning to australia makes for one very tired person!!
